Unbelievably, this is our 6th year of making our video Christmas card. It has become such a great tradition, a fun way to look back on our past Christmases together, and a great way to share, with all of our family and friends, the joy that Christmas brings. We hope this year’s video card finds all of you healthy, happy, and joyous.
Over the past year we have been up to:
Kristina is still busy with her work as Christian Education Director at our church and was a key organizer when our pastor went on sabbatical this past summer. She is still actively pursuing representation for her novel and has started a second novel, set partially in Paris.
Bert is still with PeaceHealth but has moved out of Information Technology and into a new role with the Process Design and Improvement team. He is overseeing clinical process improvement projects and is enjoying the change from IT.
Isaac is in his last year of middle school and continues to excel in all of his classes. He is very involved in the theatre program and is currently directing a scene in the winter play. He loves watching the Vlog Brothers and is collecting all of John Green’s books.
Amelia is in the 4th grade. She really enjoys her math class, is on the student leadership team, and is singing in the school Glee choir. In her spare time, she likes to draw, paint, and do a variety of other arts and crafts.
Elias is having a great time in the second grade and also really enjoys math, and reading Blue Jay the Pirate and the complete works of Calvin and Hobbes. He is also singing in Glee and enjoys playing Pokemon, especially the character Espeon.
